Winter Wonder

Sunday night we had about an hour of rain; the first since October I think. At the time (10pm) it was about 45 degrees outside. This morning when I came out to the car to drive to work, this cool ice pattern was on the car roof.

Pretty Jack Frost pattern on your car!! We, also, had rain last night. Funny to hear it pattering on the roof.....it is a sound we haven't heard for a long time.
Jane, Thank you so much for the birthday card!! That was so sweet and thoughtful.....besides being really pretty, too. What a happy birthday for me!!

I heard that if you leave a towel on the windshield you don't have to scrape ice the next morning. Although, I would suspect that rain is a different. That might make things worse?!

Marie: That ice and rain made it look like peacock feathers.

Tess: It looks beautiful!

I tried to convince Seth to examine the photo and discover some Fibbonaci ratios in it (he just gave a report on Fibbonaci in nature) and he said bad things to me.

Fibbonaci? Wasn't that the opera singer who died recently? I think he also studied beehives or honeycombs or something...

It is a pretty cool pattern. Your experience with Seth and the Fibbonaci ratios is pretty funny.
