Ben, Bryson, and a Fire Truck

We had a retired fire truck come to Cub Scout Pack Meeting on Wednesday, which started the "Can Ben come and spend the night with me?" Ben was a little scared of the fire truck because he didn't like its loud sirens, but he agreed to take his picture in front of it if "Grandma Jane holds me tight." Bryson was brave and liked the bright red color!

Go, girl! Thanks for being involved in my kids' lives. Again, I repeat: My kids must have done something wonderful in the premortal life to deserve you and Lori.

Grandma Jane, how brave you were to take Ben to see the fire truck and how nervous Ben was but you made it OK. I'm glad that Bryson got to go. He seems more impressed than Ben. I wish I had remembered to have you put cotton , wax or ear plugs in his (Ben's) ears because of the noise; that is what use to do with Reanna.
I hope this isn't the end of your blog writing, Jane. You did a beautiful job!!!,
Love you lots,
