White Christmas

Earlier this week we had a snow storm that dropped between 12-18" of snow in our community. We have warmer temperatures in the forecast for the coming week, but we are enjoying having the first "white" Christmas in a couple of years. I took a couple of pictures the day the storm ended, and then today (Christmas Eve), we went down to the high school and did some sledding. Everyone had a great time, and Grace and Bryson amazed us all with their bravery and enjoyment of some pretty gutsy maneuvers.

Our neighbors dug this cave into the back of the pile of snow from our driveway.

In case you didn't notice, this is two three-year old's: Grace and Bryson. Bryson is in back and is holding on to Grace's face. They didn't crash and laughed at the end as evidenced is the second picture.

You gotta do the train at least once...

Ben sees the backside of this jump for the first time..

Bryson was mad because Melissa wouldn't let him push Ben off, and plopped him onto the sled with James. He was madder at the end of the ride.

But he cheered up again pretty quickly...
James and Ben go for "the Big One"...

Classic. This may make the Wall of Fame in the basement
Another pic of Grace and Bryson tearing it up
Does Allie really have three legs? Actually it is me behind her on the sled. This became a terrible idea once the sled started moving.

Bryson and I had so much fun sledding with everyone. I love the picture of Grace and Bryson in the air. You got some great pictures and captured some fun moments. We'll have to do it again soon but maybe not two adults to a sled this time?
